Today is Stella's first birthday
I can hardly believe it
I feel like it was just yesterday that I found out my sister was pregnant
found out that she was having a girl
and the first time I met this chunk of sweetness
I can't believe that she is already one
but you wanna know the best thing about it
I can't imagine my life without this girl
I can't even remember what my life was like without her in it
I love everything about her
I love her sweet kisses
(that now only happen every once in a while, but a kiss if guaranteed if you read a book with her by herself and let her play with her babies, uninterrupted)
I love that she is a sassy pants already
I love that she laughs and wants to make you laugh
I love that she falls asleep whenever she eats
I love that she loves baby dolls
I love that she loves baby Jack and wants to hold him and gets upset because she can't
(so she just lays her head on him, so precious)
the list can go on and on
but I am so thankful that my sister and brother-in-law brought this little girl into this world
because the world is a much better place with her in it.
